A Message From Our Team
Thank you to all of our wonderful clients for being patient with us throughout the COVID pandemic. Some of our staff are continuing to wear their masks, and we are all still social distancing whenever possible. We are disinfecting the clinic and commonly touched areas routinely.
We have now moved into a modified curbside service where you have the option to stay in your vehicle or come into the building with your pet for their visit. In order to minimize traffic in our small lobby, we ask that you give us a call prior to entering the building to ensure we have a room readily available for you to enter.
As always, we appreciate your patience and understanding, and we always look forward to seeing you and your pet.
How does modified curbside work?
1. After you schedule an appointment, we will send you a confirmation email that will contain links to any relevant forms regarding your upcoming visit. (New Clients will be sent a link to our online payment portal in order to reserve their appointment)
2. When you arrive, please stay in your vehicle and give us a call at 713-528-4900 to let us know that you’ve arrived. You have the option of staying in your vehicle or coming in for your pet’s visit.
3. If entering, one of our staff will check to ensure that a room is available. If so, you’ll be asked to enter with your pet and be led to your exam room, where your appointment will continue.
4. If you’ve opted to stay in your vehicle, you will be placed on hold for a brief moment while we get a nurse on the phone to obtain a medical history. At this point, a member of our staff will come to get your pet for their visit with the doctor. Afterwards you will be called to review recommendations, and you can be checked out at your vehicle.
