Due to the novel coronavirus and related disease (COVID-19), Midtown Veterinary Hospital is taking additional precautionary measures within the hospital.
This is being done to keep our staff, doctors, and clients safe while continuing to provide essential pet care.
Effective Wednesday, March 25th, only Midtown Vet personnel will be allowed inside all areas of the hospital until further notice.
Upon arriving, please call us at 713.528.4900.
Please remain in your vehicle while a care professional obtains a history with you over the phone.
When your doctor is ready for your pet, a care professional will walk them in for you.
After the medical team evaluates your animal, you will receive a phone call to discuss recommendations and plan moving forward. Verbal consent for treatment and details surrounding financial estimates will be discussed.
Shortly thereafter we will obtain payment from you. We recommend credit card or CareCredit, but will also accept cash or check. It is also possible to send you a PayPal invoice.
Updates will be given regularly via phone by your medical team. Once the care of your animal is complete, the discharge process will be discussed and the remaining balance will be collected prior to the discharge of your animal.
We ask for patience during this transition time as we are working towards providing you the best of care to our abilities.
Please keep in mind that sick visits will be given priority and during this time services may be limited.
